- We are a family of four who have lived in the metro Washington, D.C. area for 20 years. Our primary residence is in Annandale, Virginia and we own two other homes at Lake Anna Virginia. The condo is a vacation rental property and the Lake House is our family vacation home. We've never considered renting our personal properties before but have been so excited by the historic election of Barack Obama that we wanted to open our homes to others who want to share in the celebration.
